In our day-to day life, drinking water regularly can be challenging, despite its numerous health benefits. This water tracker app makes it easier to stay hydrated. It may even help you lose weight and prevent certain illnesses.
I am one of those people who isn’t a fan of drinking water (I know, it sounds awful, but I prefer juice or coffee over plain water), but I am improving now because of this app.
This app tracks the volume of water you have consumed, and also reminds you if you are lagging behind your drink target. The volume of water needed is based on your weight.
The app allows you to customize your cup size/volume, thus I used the 250 ml cup here for consistency. You can also opt to activate notifications/reminders so you don’t forget to drink.
As of now, I don’t use the reminders anymore because I always remember to drink. I now use the app just to track my water consumption, to make sure I am well hydrated.
